Warminster, Pennsylvania, May 2019 – The Flynn Company is pleased to announce the sale of 19.123 acres of industrial ground at 350 Ivyland Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Mike Borski Jr, Mike Borski Sr and Pat Gilmore of The Flynn Company represented the seller, Schenk Enterprises LLC in the sale of the property. The deal closed on May 9th, 2019 and the property sold for $2.5 million. The buyer plans on constructing a speculative 250,000 SF industrial building.
