Burlington County, NJ  –  July 2016 – The Flynn Company represented the Seller in the sale to an affiliate of Endurance Real Estate Group in acquiring 550 Glen Avenue and 600 Glen Court, a two building, 45 percent-occupied warehouse portfolio totaling 187,569 square feet in Moorestown, NJ, for $5.7 million.

The Flynn Company respresented the prior owner as leasing agent and will continue for Endurance. Shortly after closing, Endurance signed a lease for about 50,000 SF at 550 Glen Avenue, which increased the occupancy of the portfolio to 73 percent. The remaining vacant space is about 50,000 square feet and includes nearly 4,000 square feet of office space.
