The Flynn Company is pleased to announce that it represented Nekter Juice Bar in signing a 5-year lease in a 1,200 SF space near John Hopkins, Bayview, making it the first and only location in Maryland. Nekter Juice Bar specializes in juices & smoothies and prides themselves on using fresh, unprocessed ingredients and offering customizable and innovative items in a healthy and welcoming environment. The space officially opened in Yard 56, an urban mixed-use development that’s architecturally designed to create atmospheric shopping and dining experiences through the use of unique industrial elements that pay homage to the region’s historical charm in Baltimore. Nekter Juice Bar looks forward to opening a second location in the near future.
