The Flynn Company represented 1200 Ferry Avenue, LLC (“Seller”) in the sale of 1200 Ferry Avenue, Camden, New Jersey. The property consists of a +-124,700 SF warehouse building on 6.5 acres and was occupied by Camden International Commodities Terminal at the time of sale. The Buyer was able to take advantage of the GrowNJ Tax Incentive Program and HUB Zone status. The Flynn Company was able to secure a qualified buyer and negotiate terms within one month of the building being introduced to the market and achieved a 540% increase over the Seller’s 2003 purchase price.
