The new owner, Phoenixville Area Community Services plans to renovate and occupy the facility. The property was owned & occupied by Town Supply Company who has been operating for almost 75 years. Town Supply sells commercial doors, architectural hardware, washroom partitions and accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets to general contractors. The seller has designed, built and occupied a brand-new, state of the art facility in Limerick.
